Many people spend their entire lives trying to find a magic formula for Weight Loss. With that goal in mind, people look for nutritional guidelines for weight loss, wanting to lose their flabby belly along with unwanted pounds.
The problem is, most of the time, these people are looking for some secret or shortcut. Some "easier route".
According to most nutritionist’s experts in weight loss methods, the great truth in pursuing your ideal diet is one: be rational in your food choices and eliminate any kind of negative behavior.
Therefore, we separated 4 nutritional guidelines to help you in this process of food re-education with the goal of losing weight. Be sure to check:
1. Avoid eating bad fats
This is a tip that is especially valuable when choosing meat, our favorite source of daily protein:
Go with the lean cuts, being those that do not have excess bad fats that will later accumulate in your body, causing unnecessary discomforts.
Therefore, prioritize meats such as rump, kebabs and picanha whenever possible!
2. Never underestimate the effects of physical exercise
All nutritionists are fussy about this subject: there is no dietary reeducation and no magic diet that will do great effects on your body if it is not accompanied by regular physical exercises.
Talk to your gym specialist to come up with a specific exercise plan for your planning! Whether it's cardiovascular or bodybuilding exercises, any physical exercise serves to reduce the fat level of your body.
Just remember to never exaggerate and respect the limits of your body. Especially if you have some overweight rate as it runs the risk of overloading your joints, muscles and causing long term injuries.
Long-term injuries are not welcome as they can undermine your entire planning.
3. Always make the ideal dish
The ideal dish is one that seeks to balance as much as possible all the different types of nutrients that we can consume throughout a meal.
So concentrate on consuming fibers, proteins and carbohydrates in fairly balanced amounts.
Try to give priority to raw vegetables and to a greater extent than to carbohydrates and proteins. They can help your gut and decrease the swelling caused by excess gas.
4. Consume the correct liquids
Avoid eating your meals by drinking soft drinks or highly sugary juices. Both hinder the process of absorption of nutrients from your body and leave you satisfied before consuming the ideal amount of food!
Give preference to the consumption of water and natural juices with very low sugar content. Lemon, for example, can help digestion by increasing the acidity of the stomach and facilitating a better "break" of food eaten during the meal. This facilitates the absorption of the necessary nutrients.
